praise.

Feeling tired from hockey and from running around so much yesterday...and tired of not being able to "accomplish" any work, tired of being so tired and so lazy and not wanting to do work. I was supposed to just take a 15 min nap at 11:50ish last night (moo said I was crazy =P) but I ended up just switching off the alarm when it rang and went back to sleep, waking up at 4, setting the alarm for 6, letting history repeat itself...until I finally woke up at 7:30 this morning with the one thought of me being so silly -_-
I really want to study for mcat and I like studying because science is =D and I ♥ biology =P
I was feeling so frustrated at myself for being such a procrastinator and that I really shouldn't be so tired...until I finally sat down and started reading His word and asked Him to quieten down my heart.

recalling Isaiah 55

The last time I read this, I remembered being so amazed by the goodness of our Lord - and the last two verses on His promises of joy and peace for us...that image of mountains and hills bursting into song before us and all nature around us praising and worshiping God - the music of the spheres - just blows me away.

I really am blessed to have more than 7 hours of sleep during this midterm season and to have the time to do all the activities I'm doing, and also family time...back home next weekend! =) and most importantly, I have all this time to spend reading His word that most people unfortunately can't because of the craziness of school or work. so quit complaining jo! =P

But even though we might be really busy with work, may we continue to fix our eyes only on Him, knowing that He is always with us, we can talk to Him whenever, wherever...cos He's listening =)
